Quality Engineer - Aerospace/Aviation (4-10 yrs)
We have an openings for the position of Quality Engineer at Makali, Peenya & Harohalli location at Bangalore.
Job Responsibilities :
- Shall understand the engineering/technical drawings /customer standards and needs
- Shall be familiar with high precision sheet metals, machining parts inspection/BOP/Sheet metal
- Shall understand the Aerospace engineering/technical drawings and standards
- Follow IS/AS9100/EHS/OSHAS/NADCAP standards
- Shall be capable to use ERP/SAP Systems
- Shall be capable to handle customer complaints /customers audits /Third party audits
- Shall be capable of handling measuring instruments
- Knowledge in QMS system developments
- Knowledge of Kanban, Kaizen, FIFO implementation
- Knowledge in traceability process and procedures
- Inline inspection, Final inspection & dispatch the material
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in supplier development program
- Able to handle supplier nonconformities
- Knowledge in using 7QC tools, 8D methodology
- Knowledge in understand and implement National and international technical standard
- Shall be capable of handling all documentation requirements from Aerospace customers
- Knowledge in trainee and build the team
- Knowledge in to generate and review quality plans, Sampling plans, work instructions,
