Job profile - :
- Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
- Conducting chemical, physical and ultrasonic tests as per QAP within given time frame
- Conducting inward inspection, WIP and finished goods inspection
- Approve GRN for inward material
- Preparation of dimensional inspection reports
- Conducting vendor inspection as per QAP
- Maintaining record of Equipment and bought out test certificates, guarantee & warranty certificates
- Coordination with customer and consultant for final inspection, get the job cleared regarding quality and performance of the equipment
- Coordination with Production & Designs dept. Monitor Calibration of testing equipments and maintaining its records
- Acquire knowledge about latest testing /QC equipment and share it within team
- Assisting Production dept. to resolve any technical issue
- Develop juniors & other technical staff through proper Training.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Desirable Skills of Quality Engineer :
- Desirable Qualification is M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Chemistry
- Desirable Experience of 3 - 5 years preferably in Mechanical industry.
- Should have handled testing e.g. balancing of impellers, performance test of centrifugal fan etc.
- In Depth knowledge of testing procedures of raw material, packing material & finished goods
- Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes and IS standards of manufacturing and testing of equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office / ERP Proactive & Planning skills, good Time Management
- Coordination, good Interpersonal skills and Communication skills
