Job Description :

- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control

- Understanding product requirements and preparing necessary systems and procedures for meeting specifications

- Ensuring the systems and procedures created are followed

- Incoming components quality to be maintained by following proper inspection systems.

- Giving feedback to suppliers on quality of the products time to time

- Process Systems to be understood and ensuring processes carried out as per work instructions

- Pipes have to checked as per the standards and ensured that all quality parameters are passed.

- All Reports, required as per the BIS standards, are to be maintained in soft and hard copy format and are to be made available at any point of time.

- Daily Production report containing (machinery parameters, raw material consumption, operator efficiency, machinery efficiency etc) to be sent everyday.

- All testing equipment's are to be kept in proper running condition on all times.

QUALIFICATION : BE/DIP MECH

EXPERIENCE : 0-3 YEARS

SALARY : 10000-15000
