Quality Engineer - MV Switchgear (4-8 yrs)
- Incoming inspection of raw material within one working day
- Groom and monitor a fresh engineer to handle incoming inspections independently
- Maintain and update all ISO records required from the incoming inspection process
- Calibration of all monitoring & measuring equipment's
- Maintain and update all records required for calibration
- Stage In-process inspection to be done
- In case of any issue regarding mismatch from design or any quality-related issue raise NCR to production
- Maintain and update all records required for in-process inspection
- Documentation compliance before CI - as per the checklist
- Documentation compliance after CI - as per the checklist
- TQM MRM
- Ensure proper closure of NCRs
- ITO completed before CI - No. of ITO done before CI / No. of CI
- ITO & CI MOM compliance to be done within 2 days
- LY Top 10 CI Points not to be repeated in CY
- Top 10 CC complaints not to be repeated in CY
- RCA & CAPA for Service Team
- Trainings of various topics of Quality
- Trainings of various topics of TQM
- Preparation of training modules
- Implementation of stage-wise production
