Quality Engineer - QMS (3-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Should be able to prepare PPAP
- Knowledge of APQP
- Should be able to make Process audit, Product audit, dock audit & system audit report knowledge on IATF 16949
- Should be able to do dimensional checking and make layout inspn. report
- Knowledge of Calibration
- Can make MSA reports
- Can make Process capability ( Cp, Cpk) reports
- Can make CAPA report in 8D format
- Can prepare Work Instructions
- Can make trend charts for rejection, rework PPM monitoring
- BE/ Diploma In Mechanical with 2-5years of experience in SHEETMETAL Auto Components companies.
- Should have good experience in QMS documents.
- Good communication skill and presentation skill.
