Educational Qualification: Graduate in Any stream

Location: - Mumbai (Andheri) & Pune, Nagpur

Experience: - 4 to 8 years

CTC:- 04 TO 6 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct ISO Awareness programme for new joinees and as per requirement of the organization.

- Formally document findings & Prepare Audit reports.

- Work with the auditee to resolve NC/compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of action resolution and bringing to management notice issues that require attention and tracking corrective actions.

- Perform necessary follow-up which include communicating with auditee (s) on status of action resolution.

- Completion and reporting of data in the prescribed format on daily basis

- Provide internal communication regarding compliance issues and applicable rules, regulation, process changes.

- Responsible for Planning & execution of internal audits at Exam centers.

- Assist in the creation of gap analysis to any new/changed process, regulations.

- Taking initiative / escalation to suggest new innovative ideas / processes.

- Taking additional responsibility for liasoning and ensuring smooth external audit in co-ordination within Quality Division & Other Stake Holders.

Job Highlights;-

- Excellent Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2008 / 2015 standard is desirable

- Min. 5 years of experience at organizational level having employee strength over 100+ and multiple offices

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Willing to travel for audit requirements in India on frequent bases.

- Good documentation and analytical skills. Should have gone through at least one iteration of QMS lifecycle from Gap Analysis, Documentation, Internal Audit, MRM & External Audit.
