- Ensure compliance with all relevant National and International standards & regulations.
- Establish and maintain Quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor & analyze quality performance data & take appropriate corrective action as necessary.
- Conduct regular audit & inspection to identify quality issues & ensure compliance with the QMS.
- Train and develop Quality control personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their responsibilities.
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product design and manufacturing processes.
- Continuously improve the QMS and quality performance.
Candidate Profile:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and Qualified Quality Head for Ferro Alloys Plant. The Quality Head will be responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance and quality control functions of Steel manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all products and processes meet or exceed the required standards for Safety, Quality & Reliability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy Engineering or a related field.
- At least 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in a Steel Manufacturing Plants.
- In-depth knowledge of National and International quality standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Age not more than 48 years.
Joining with in 15 - 30 days preferred.
