For Quality Head (Project Management) Role with one of our largest telecom infra company for Gurgaon Location.

Position : Quality Head (Project Management)

Exp : 14 to 22 Yrs

Location : Gurgaon

Qualification: - BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech with Quality Certifications

Note : Looking for someone who can relocate to Delhi/NCR

What the role entails (Key Responsibilities) :

- Development of Key Quality Processes for ongoing & upcoming Projects

- Field Quality Assurance of Projects

- Quality & Training Plans for Business Support/ Bidding

- Partner Ecosystem Quality Control

- Maintenance of Management System Certification

- Focus of Process Automations

What we are looking for in you (Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility) : 

- Project Domain Knowledge (especially Fiber Projects, active knowledge add on will be appreciated)

- Relevant Quality Certifications (OHSAS, ISO-9000, Sigma, CMMi etc etc)

- Leadership to drive Quality Consciousness in Matrix Structure

- Application of Quality Tools to improve Quality

- Cross Functional Handling for Driving Quality Improvements

- Experience of handling multiple nature of customer ( BSNL, Army, Private etc)

- Open for Travel across India with extended stays during project rollouts
