Quality Head - Telecom Product Design (13-20 yrs)
Job Description :
1.Audit & Certification of Site Construction & Equipment for New Build sites as per drawing and guidelines.
2.Audit & Certication of Upgrade sites as per SO and load based guidelines
3.Audit Management including scheduling & planning, TAT, productivity, managing audit budgets, milestone movements on tool, etc
4.BoQ accuracy, JMS and WCC
4.Deviation management including closure
5.Participate in TSP and 3rd Party governance reviews
1.Manage audits in O&M phase encompassing asset replacements, site hygiene, earthing, tower / pole maintenance & tower strengthening, etc
2.Coninuously raise the bar through effective interventions, TTs and validation of closure status of O&M hygiene points
1.Adherence to functional ways of working and guidelines and minimize observations in IA audits and avoid IA repeat issues
2.Compliance to 6 LSR, usage of PPEs, road safety, electrical safety and height safety towards the goal of zero class A incidents
3.Compliance to code of conduct and fraud and integrity analytics
4.Compliance to training and certification of audit engineers
1.First hand technical investigation of fire incidents and tower collapses individually and by engaging with specialized investigation companies and providing detailed RCA
1.Reporting of audit outcomes as per schedule to enable timely responses / corrective actions by stakeholders
2.Provide inputs towards share of business based on audit performance
3.Escallation management & reporting of critical incidents
