Quality In-charge - Press Die Manufacturing Operations (3-8 yrs)
1) Independent handling of press die trial and trial report generation.
2) Panel inspection, quality improvement and learning documentation
3) Planning & execution of daily quality related activities like rework monitoring, analysis and problem solving with internal customers (Design, Machining & Tool Room).
4) Attend DQR, SQR and other quality related meeting with outside customer.
5) Interaction with external customer & Die commissioning at customer press.
6. Static and dynamic inspection report preparation
7. Troubleshooting of panel deffects
8. ISO documentation
Qualification: Diploma in Tool& Die / Mechanical
Note: Should have min 60% in educational Qualification (10th, 12th nd Diploma)
