Job Summary : Quality checking of incoming materials
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Checking Incoming materials for QC and rejection disposal to supplier
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : 4 to 5 years Experience in Foundry industry
- A Quality Engineer works within the quality team to ensure the overall quality of a manufactured product and is tasked with creating documentation, devising quality tests and defining the criteria a test result should meet.
- They play a key role in fixing issues when they arise.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 15000 to - 20,000.00 /month
- Manage supplier quality activities per CIRCOR standard processes in sourcing function
- Evaluate suppliers and support supplier onboarding process per commodity strategy
- Drive Technical feasibility reviews, process reviews and create part information sheet to support sourcing projects
- Drive sample developments process and ensure suppliers are held accountable for meeting customer, drawing and specification requirements - First Article Approvals
- Production Process Validation and process approvals at supplier end per project plan
- Manage supplier performance - Quality and Delivery, continuous improvement initiatives both from a strategic and tactical perspective
- Handle supplier non-conformance, connect with site Quality, site Engineering, and supplier to drive RCCA
- Drive supplier performance improvement projects and improve
