Job Description :
The Royal Enfield Quality Manager acts as a key contributor to help the dealership achieve and maintain the highest level of service, operating and quality standards in conformance to Royal Enfield norms.
a) Quality Standard Maintenance
1. Act as the owner/guardian of the quality of service at the workshop
2. Facilitate regular meetings with the works Manager, floor supervisor & Service employees to discuss and improve the quality standards and working processes
3. Carry out post service test drives and regular checks to document any failures in compliance with Royal Enfield Operating Standards & work procedures
4. Involve the relevant stakeholders in case of any failure and ensure resolution
5. Assist workshop head in keeping a track on recurring lapses and technical issues
6. Over a time, ensure that FQI checklist is internalized and practiced at the floor level
b) Customer Satisfaction :
1. Implement measures and programs to achieve customer retention & improve services by dealing with repeat repairs cases
c) Skill Development :
1. Identify quality related training requirements for service staff
Recruitment profile :
1. Educational Qualifications: 12 th pass/ extensive technical experience
2. Industry: Auto [2 wheeler preferred]
3. Minimum experience: 4 years
4. Profile : Extensive technical experience especially for automobiles [2 wheelers], adherence to processes and norms
5. Competencies :
