Quality Manager - Automobile Industry (10-12 yrs)
Main Responsibilities :
- Should have Good knowledge and experience of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, 5s, 7QC Tools, Kaizen in sheet metal and fabrication industry
- Achieving and maintaining internal rejection with the use of 8D, 7QC tools & CAPA.
- Prepare and Display of work instructions, SOP and respective Quality alert
- Awareness about ISO/TS-16949
- To look after day-to-day quality issues of the plant.
- Ensuring the Quality at various stages.
- Keep record of material example: heat number, test certificate, grade etc for TPI witness. Complete monitoring of fabrication.
- Knowledge of Welding Processes.
- Arranging welder test for different position & process like SMAW, TIG & MIG.
Education : ITI/Diploma/UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical
