Six Sigma Certified Black Belt.
Having Experience in Plastic Injection, compression, Rubber moulding .
Job Description:
- Hands on Experience of core Quality tools APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Problem Solving tools, etc.
- Develop system & implement IATF 16949:2016 certification project.
- Develop, implement, manage, audit and maintain quality system
- Coordination in Root Cause Analysis of internal production line failures and field failure.
- Experience of using various tools & Documentation to achieve desired results like Kaizen, 5S, 8D problem solving, TQM, TPM, 7 QC Tools, VSM, Etc
- Implement Process Audit, Product Audit & Dock Audit
