Quality Manager - FMCG (10-12 yrs)
- Only candidates with prior quality assurance experience as well as some R&D experience in edible oil industry need to apply
- Candidates with experience in working with Bakery RnD will be preferred
Reporting to the Quality Head, your key responsibilities will be -
- Ensuring the overall quality and safety of a company's food products
- Inspecting the facilities for compliance with standards and determining methods to resolve any issues that arise
- Implementing QMS across all sites pan India
- Reviewing customer feedback and responding to any complaints
- Preparing reports on food quality status to relay to owners and upper-level management and keeping records of all tests and inspections that have been conducted
- Keeping an highly focussed approach towards innovation in new product development to ensure customer delight
- Facilitating and ensuring quality governance of products and processes
- Constantly developing and maintaining expertise further and shares and trains team members on the expertise content
- Interacting closely with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams and strong in people management
Ideally you have a bachelor's degree in a food-related discipline, such as food science, microbiology, chemistry,with a special focus on oils and waxes, with 10+ years of industry experience in assessing quality in the edible oils industry. You are knowledgeable about all food safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by government regulations. You have a proven track record of success and are looking to take on a challenging role.
