Quality Manager - Lubricants (10-16 yrs)
Job Description :
- Adherence to budgets
- Achievement of cost savings through blend optimization
- Reduction in number of complaints received from customers (owing to Quality)
- Rejection rate from customer, owing to quality
- Adherence to SLAs pertaining to resolution of customer queries/ complaints
- On time completion of external & internal Audits pertaining to QC systems (ISO, TS etc.)
- On Time and effective calibration of testing equipment
- Adherence to SLAs for conducting quality checks & taking corrective action for incoming materials
- Adherence to SLAs for conducting quality checks & taking corrective action for in process and finished materials
- Effectiveness of training interventions for Technical team
- Experience in Lubricants is Must
