Job Description
- To ensure steady & timely inspection of Castings, Forgings and Rolled products & heavy machine shop components.
- To ensure inspection activity as per the requirements of standards on.
- To facilitate quality improvement in product and manufacturing processes
Key Result Area
- Validation of processes at vendor.
- Vendor development.
- Auditing and feedback to Plant and Vendors for quality improvement
- Self & Subordinate Development.
key Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely inspection of Heavy Castings and Forgings with calibrated measuring instruments at vendors place as per the scope mentioned in the purchase order.
- Analysis & feedback to vendors. Up gradation of vendors.
- Acquiring knowledge, skills.
- Frequently with QA Line Manager & Quality Assurance team
Salary:INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
