Key requirements of NPD project - Quality, Managers
1. From the industry of Automotive
2. Age limit 30 - 40 years
3. Experience on machining parts
4. Exposure on castings, forgings, extrusions and bar turned parts
5. Knowledge on material - Supplier follow-up for any developmental parts
6. Knowledge on all the quality equipments like CMM, roundness tester etc-
7. Knowledge on layout inspection and 1st principle inspection methods
8. Knowledge on handling the project from proto to mass production
9. Knowledge on process of machining, fixtures and gauges
10. Knowledge on FMEA, PFMEA and complete PPAP documentationa
11. To handle multiple projects at a time
12. To handle independently the customer for commitments and execution
13. Knowledge on process :
a. CNC turning center
b. CNC sliding head
c. VMC / HMC
d. Heat treatment
e. Grinding & surface treatments
14. Knowledge on process capability and machine capability
15. Implementation of Pokayoka and low cost automation
