We have Opportunity with MNC company into Glass Primary Packaging products as Quality Manager reporting to Plant Manager based in Gujarat near to Surat.

- Candidates with 10-20 years work exp in Continuous process plant with high-end machinery (Imported machinery) should only apply .

As this company is in to continuous process operations 365 days - 24- 7 working plant.

Qualification - Diploma in Management or Engineering

Profile;

- Responsible for handling of customer complaints.

- Responsible for handling of customer audits & audit compliance

- Follow-up of CAPA for effective closing. To conduct the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) meeting. To review the CAPA summary report and ensure that all CAPA are closed within time frame.

- Responsible for handling of deviations & OOS

- Responsible for Quality systems certification, system effectiveness and improvement

- Planning & conducting of internal audits and management review meetings.

- To ensure implementation of validation, qualification activities across the plant & to coordinate among various departments for process validation, qualification activities.

- To train the personnel of Manufacturing and other departments on various aspects of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

- To review Good Documentation Practice (GDP)/ Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) issues, analyze the impact on the product quality and on process effectiveness and efficiency and suggest corrective actions, where necessary.

- To respond to queries received from International Regulatory Affairs / business partners / regulatory agency and start change procedure, if required, according to the queries.

- Responsible for calibration management

- Support the continuous improvement process in the whole plant with teamwork, projects, target deployment and weekly shift meetings for quality and safety review

- Actively support the change control process

- Initiate and execute improvement and technology transfer projects with other TG plants worldwide

- Plan and follow-up yearly, quarterly and monthly quality KPIs. Define and execute corrective actions in case of negative deviations.

Candidates with high-quality oriented manufacturing environment like pharma, medical devices, medical supplies, electronics, food & beverage are preferred.
