Quality Manager - Product Evaluation & Inspection (5-10 yrs)
Quality Manager :
Experience - 5 to 10 years
Salary - 6 to 8 LPA
Location : Bahadurgarh & Manesar
Job Profile :
1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems for process control, product evaluation, and inspection/testing
2. Handling of customer rejections & field reduction complaints
3. Knowledge of Quality Tools of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
4. Establishing standards for raw materials, packaging materials components,intermediate products, finished products etc.
5. Developing test protocols to ensure that products meet established standards of safety, reliability, performance etc.
6. Investigating customer complaints regarding quality issues and ensuring corrective action is taken
7. Monitoring the implementation of corrective action plans to ensure they are effective
8. Training staff on quality assurance processes
9. Analyzing data from suppliers to assess conformance with design specifications
10. Interacting with external suppliers to ensure product conformity with the required specifications
11. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 and DOCUMENTATION.
12. Preparing reports on performance metrics such as rejected items or unresolved issues.
