Quality Manager - Rubber Industry (4-10 yrs)
Designation - Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager Quality.
Location IMT Manesar.
Qualification - B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical /MBA
Experience - Approx. 4~ 7 years relevant experience. (exposure in the rubber industry would be preferable)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Quality Assurance of Incoming BOPs, Raw Material
- Daily red bin meeting
- Analysis and actions implementation against In-house rejection and customer quality issues
- Preparation and adherence of quality plan, work standard, 3rd party test plan
- Preparation and adherence of calibration plan.
- Supplier quality improvement, Supplier audits and verification of actions
- Preparation and adherence of SPC and MSA studies.
- Layout inspection, Process and product audit
- Co-ordination & implementation of engineering change
- PPAP documents
- OJT training and skill matrix updation
- Prepare Supplier Quality Rating
- 5- S- Audit, report preparation and actions
- Continual improvement through 5- S, Kaizen/suggestion etc.
- Monitoring of inspection process output (inspection nos.)
- Manpower monitoring and hiring of inspectors
- Awareness of 4M Change
- Awareness of IATF-16949
