Quality Mechanical MEP Role - Residential Project (6-15 yrs)
Quality Mechanical MEP
- BE Mechanical or equivalent qualification with Proven Experience of 6+ years in Mechanical Field in a Residential Project.
- Checking of all the activities of site related to Mechanical, Plumbing activities and report findings regularly to reporting authority with back up data, analysis and comments
- Conduct Quality Review meetings regularly regarding site MEP quality issues.
- Monitor the activities of whether all activities of sites have been checked as per the check list or not.
- Monitor the status of NCRs raised and take necessary action for closure of the same
- Ensure taking appropriate corrective action against Non-confirming products by the concerned.
- Monitoring and effective implementation of QA & QC documentation during construction phase.
- Compliance with all standards, codes and industry practices as applicable to the QA & QC functions at sites.
