Job Description :

- Guarantees that the quality of products dispatched from the plant complies with customer specifications, internal standards, certifications and regulations.

- Carries out the treatment of customer complaints including non product related.

- Ensures that the installations on site are operated at the best performance levels possible, in accordance with companys industrial fundamentals and standards, while developing further expertise.

- Monitors environmental performance & compliance with regulations.

- Ensures compliance of the HSEQ integrated management system with ISO referentials, promote and animate continuous improvement

Product Quality & Process Management:

- Guarantee that the quality of products dispatched from the plant

- Implementing and monitors quality control plans.

- Ensures the correct functioning of the plant Quality / Environment / production requirements.

- Continuous improvement: Manages the continuous improvement programs and Deploys the continuous improvement culture

- Management of change: Modifications of processes and evaluate the impact on the global performance (process, quality, environment, process safety).

Environment

- Monitor and analyze the plant's KPIs and equipment in terms of environment.

- Monitor environmental improvement action plans, including actions ensuring compliance with ISO 14001. Carries out data consolidation & periodical reporting

- Is the n1 contact with local authorities and teams re-environmental issues

Integrated management system:

- Ensures compliance of the IMS with ISO standards, liaise with the Safety Manager

- Watch regulations, advises the Plant Director on QHSE topics

- Manages the QSE documentation, administrates the QSE management software

Salary:INR 18,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

Phd/M.Sc/ M.Tech/ B.Tech with Chemistry / Chemical Technology with minimum 15 years of experience in preferably from cement industry or any process manufacturing industry.

Should be handling a team of 10 to 15 nos.

Integrated management system:
