Quantity Surveyor (10-16 yrs)

Job Description:
- Good knowledge about all codes - standards and fabrication stages related to piping, pipeline, pressure vessels and tanks.(ITP,QAP,WPS/ASME SEC I,II,V,VIII DIV 2,VIII DIV 1, SEC IX, B31.3).
- Interim payments, statement of completion, and final account.
- Preparation of documents for invoicing and submit documents related to it, coordinate with Technical audit/internal audit team for clearance of the invoices.
- Preparation, updating and submission of payment sheet for all contractors to the top management for revision in a regular basis.
- Perform and implements all post contract duties including but not limited to measurements and preparation.
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Good communication skills in English.
- GOOD knowledge in BOQ and BOM.

Working Terms:
Time-off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 21 Days off if posted in Lagos, 6 months ON 30 days OFF, if posted in Plant/Site. & subsequently followed by every 6 months once (with International & Domestic air ticket provided by the company)
Workdays & Hours Six and half days work

First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle (Ex: If you join in July, you will get first month salary in September then after that every month you will get regularly)
