Quantity Surveyor - Irrigation - Canals & Dams (8-13 yrs)
Job Description :
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Degree in Quantity Surveying with 10 years of experience in Irrigation projects.Water / Sewerage experience preferable.
- Working Experience in abroad is preferrable.
- Should be computer literate.
- Should have valid passport.
- Pre & Post estimation of projects.
- Taking Quantities of Project.
- Preparing Bill Of Quantities.
- Co-ordinate with all department for project information.
- Preparation material brake up furnish the same to procurement depart.
- Prepare weekly report of tenders.
- Day to day project Monitoring.
- Preparing Reconciliation report for Subcontractor & Specialized agency.
- Preparing Summary performance report for project.
- Preparing client Bills, Subcontractor & Specialized agency Bills.
- Preparing and maintaining ISO documents.
- Monitor the progress of project and updates as frequently as required.
