Quantity Surveyor - MEP (8-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Work with QS team as quantity surveyor
Major Work Responsibilities :
- Quantity take off from the drawings and prepare BOQs.
- Validation of design documents and specification and shared by design team
- Value engineering
- Validation of electrical & Mechanical SLD's and design documents
- Preparation of tender documents.
- Preparation of rate analysis, making of standard database
- Preparation reconciliation statements budget vs actual.
Job prerequisites :
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Quantity survey on MEP
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- B.Tech./B.E. degree or equivalent technical training Electrical stream
- AUTO Cad, MS Office skills required
