Sr. Civil Engineer Job Description :

- Estimation, Planning & Execution of Total Project Work: (Carpentry, plumbing, paint work, civil work (Brick work, plaster, R.C.C., P.C.C., Fabrication work, Flooring, False ceiling work, Aluminium Work etc.,)

- Making Planning & Designing for Renovation Existing area / Dept.

- Estate: Fulfil the requirement of new all type of furniture including Tables, Chair, Curtain, Sofa etc.

- Maintenance Dept.: To carry out Maintenance work (Plumbing, Carpentry & Chair & Other miscellaneous work inside the Hospital Successfully.

- Managing budgets & maintaining statistical and financial records

- Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives

- Execution of Inside Routine Work as per the requirement of Different dept every day.

- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.

Architect Job Description :

- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.

- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.

- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.

- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.

- Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
