Principal Duties and Responsibilities

- Primary responsibility is to support sales/sales support teams during quotation & order stage

- To support sales/sales support teams for preparation of techno commercial offer including selection, pricing of valves, actuators & accessories as per customer data sheet.

- Communicate with internal stake holders to clarify the technical requirements of the product and other commercial requirements on the quotation.

- Follow up with the quotation process. Work with internal teams (e.g., customer order engineering, product lines, manufacturing engineers, materials, and other inter-company units), to get the lead time and price information. Response quotation within the targeted lead times.

- Track the status of the quoted quotation. Keep close contact and give support to internal customers to increase the hit rate.

- Supervise team in supporting Sales & Sales support teams for Quotes, Orders.

- Work with the team and take necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction and meet the business targets.

- Responsible to calculate optimal pricing & define delivery lead time

- Providing optimal technical & delivery solution to sales office

- Responsible for making best price offer and alternative solution to develop business volumes domestic and global markets.

- Managing day to-day work related challenges / issue and meeting the organizational targets
