JOB DESCRIPTION : QA/AC - R&D

Must have experience - Flexible packaging, laminates, pouches

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Post Graduate degree, preferably Doctorate in Science, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.

- Must have experience from area like Rotogravure printing/ Lamination / Pouch.

Experience: Minimum 10Yrs of Experience in QA, QC &R&D

Location : Ghaziabad

Responsibilities:

- Managed entire responsibility of the QA/QC activities

- Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities, managing quality across raw materials, work in progress, finished goods in various functional departments as per GMP standards

- Formulating standard operating procedures for new processes / equipment's for ensuring environment, health & safety aspects

- Handling of batch release and dispatch activities though ERP system

- Lead and design the Quality norms & systems

- Prepare guidelines and procedure for Product recalls. Act in accordance to the process as and when it is required.

- Responsible for continuous upgradation of quality systems for better control and compliance.

- Setting up and managing company knowledge databases to provide highest standard of service and support with regard to standards and regulations worldwide.

- Leadership, Innovation, commitment, managing complexity and Alternative solution is a crucial parameters for the nominated candidates

- An understanding and knowledge of all regulatory requirements with regard to the production of chemical products.
