Raft Technician - Marine (6-7 yrs)
Division QCC - Marine
Position Marine Life-raft Technician
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections/ testing of life rafts and immersion suits to ensure their compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
- Perform visual inspections, pressure and seam integrity tests.
- Perform minor and major repairs to life rafts and immersion suits as required.
- Accurately complete check sheets, log books, parts and certifications paperwork, and other job-related documents.
- Keep manuals and service bullets up-to-date
Qualifications Diploma or equivalent.
Technician experience preferred.
Previous marine experience and product knowledge an asset.
RFD and DFB Raft Certified is an advantage.
