We have an urgent opening for Management Representative - Deputy Operations Manager A Ravel Electronics Pvt Ltd in Chennai.

Experience : 7-10 Years of experience in Electronics Fire Alarm Industry

Qualification : BE ECE/EEE & MBA - Operation Management

Job Description :

1. ISO activities includes internal audit, external audit, maintain documentation & conduct MRM.

2. UL & CE follow up service activity (Documentation, audit & coordinate with factory & product for new products BOM fix).

3. To take care customer audits (New customer audits, existing customer audits & customer reports if any)

4. To take care Quality & delivery customer complaints & follow up until closure of complaint.

5. To take care customer visits (to coordinate end to end demonstration).

6. Handle special product inspection from customer.

7. Handle RDSO inspection for every lot & to coordinate with product team for new government certification requirements.

8. Responsible to get new certification ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and applicable new standards approvals.

9. Lead & drive continuous improvement activities & submit financial savings to management.

10. Operations report, other reports & special activities handling.

11. RoHS, REACH & conflict minerals implementation for our product Lines manufactured.

12. Responsible for new supplier/new part development as a quality lead.
