Analytical support for Projects for HPC
Method developments using Spectroscopy & Chromatography techniques like HPLC/GC/ UV /NMR/IR/MS/AAS/ICP techniques.
Knowledge of enzyme analysis, including various techniques used.
Identification of proteins/ peptide mapping/peptide mass finger printing
Coordinating UL projects teams globally to support analytical needs.
Assist various UL functions [Regulatory, supply chain factories, etc] in matters related to instrumentation, analytical monitoring and GLP
Training 3P labs on new methods of analysis.
Coordinating with 3P labs.
Trouble shooting analysis.
Required Professional skill
Basic Knowledge of Classical Wet Chemistry /Chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
Stake holder managing skills - Working with people.
Interpretation of spectra from NMR/IR/MS. Hands on experience on chromatography and spectroscopy instruments.
Method development using Wet Chemistry /Chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
Knowledge of lab auditing systems.
Knowledge of biochemical analysis
Knowledge of enzyme analysis
