JOB SUMMARY
EXPECTED WORK
- Microbiological techniques - Classical & Modern methodologies
- Microbiological concepts - Method developments, validations and technical transfers
- Well versed with techniques such as ELISA, rapid pathogen testing kits and reasonable expertise in handling a microbiology facility
- Knowledge on laboratory management & quality systems such as ISO9001/ISO17025/.
- Auditing 3P Labs-
- Training 3P labs on new methods of analysis
Deliverables :
- Category support in terms of data generation through 3P labs
- New methods for analysis, rapid diagnostic techniques,
- Product Safety Evaluation & Line Validation
- GMP audit of sites for implementing innovations
- Managing specifications for RM & other high risk ingredients
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Analytical/Microbiological aptitude
- Troubleshooting expertise
- Laboratory quality/safety systems/HACCP
- Project management skills
- Knowledge on FSMS &GMP
- Data analysis/Interpretation
- Technical reporting
- Information seeking &processing
- Computer knowledge. Use of Instrumental software
- M Sc. Microbiology/ Dairy Microbiology/Industrial Microbiology/Food Technology
- At least 5 years experience in relevant field
