R&D Engineer - Auto (2-4 yrs)
Job title : R& D engineer (Mechanical stream )
Salary : upto 1800000 LPA
Location : Pune
Qualification : B.Tech/M.tech ( Mechanical stream) from IITs/NIts/Vits /BIts or tier 1 colleges preferred
Experience : 2-4 yrs (OEM's/auto OEM suppliers)
Skills :
- Hands on experience in Romax/kiss Soft software for gear Box design
- Understand finite elements & NVH analysis for transmission parts
Tools : Unigraphics & team Centre
Preferred skills : Worked on Crankcraft and/or Cylinder Head design
Responsibilities :
- Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas.
- Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.
- Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility.
- Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
- Creating design projects and specification sheets.
- Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders.
- Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
- Resolving product issues.
