Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identifying the type of analysis
- Development of Analytical methods
- Validation of method
- Training to subordinates
- Minimizing the down time of instruments
- Installation & Performance of Instruments
Key Skills :
- Knowing the nature of the sample (compound), Understanding the origin of the sample, matrix with which the sample is presented should be ascertained
- Identify/propose appropriate options for method with the experience, knowledge acquired and literature.Develop the best suitable option.
- Checking for the specificity, precision, accuracy, reproducibility and repeatability finally with the findings making correction to the method
- Suitable training on working with the instruments, types of various analysis, maintenance of instruments and developing simple methods are to be done time to time
- Routine and periodical maintenance that could be performed internally are to be done.
- Maintenance on electronics are performed by outsourcing
- Ensures that Performance of the instruments gets verified with the specification (Claimed and required).
