Position: R&D Engineer

Qualification - B.E. Mechanical from reputed university with 5-10 Years of Design and Development Experience.

- Should have good Knowledge of Mfg. Processes, DFM,DFA, GD&T,PFMEA,DFMEA etc.

- should have Hands-on experience on Plastic parts, Al alloys, fabrication etc.

- Having Knowledge of Six sigma will be preferred.

- Knowledge of IEC60601-1,ISO15001 will be preferred.

- Medical Industry background experience will be prepared.

In Innovation (C&D):

- Convert Customer Requirement (CSR) to Technical Requirement (TSR).

- Create Bill of Material for localized Products as well as for new products. Maintain the Engg. Bill of Material

- Maintain, Control and Monitor the Design specification revisions in Team Space.

- Writing of design Verification, Validation Plan and Report.

- Development of component @ supplier place and @ Production Facility.

- Designing of parts in 3D CAD and creating the Specification. Participate Design Requirement Review.

- Co-Ordinate with cross functional team to Design and Develop the parts and Products.

- Supporting Sourcing /SQE for writing the Supplier Agreements about Quality.

- Writing of Assembly Instruction in Co-ordination with cross Functional Team.

In Production:

- Designing of Fixtures for Production Facility.

- Supporting Production engineer in Writing Process Instruction, PQ,IQ etc.

- Autopsy of Failed parts.

- Guiding to Production regarding Product requirement, Quality requirement on need basis.

- In Sourcing and Supplier Quality

- Participate in Design Review with supplier.

- Guide SQE in Product Development Process.

- In Project Management:

- Lead and Drive the individual component of Product.

- Manage the required resources in consultation with Cross Functional Team.
