R&D Head - Automotive (15-30 yrs)
Position- R&D Head
This is a leadership profile ideally with around 15-25 years of experience.
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: An Engineering Graduate with strong automotive/seating experience.
Roles and Responsibilities.
The incumbent will be heading the Design and Development division.
Handled wide responsibilities ranging from P&L management & reporting, Program Commercials, Business development, Product development, manufacturing engineering, Product Quality, etc
Have worked in various automotive systems in Design, Development & Testing of Body-In-White, Vehicle Interior, Seating, Lighting, & HVAC system. Well versed with automotive regulatory requirements of various countries & Vehicle proving ground testing
Have handled most of OEMs - VW, Tata Motors, GM, Ford, Renault-Nissan, Maruti Suzuki, Daimler, Fiat, etc
Heavy bent of mind on Research be it Product, People or Process. Effective Project management, interpersonal skill to motivate for High performance, flare for logical and innovative approach to problem solving. Have worked across cultures in various countries in matrix organizations.
