R&D Head - Electronics/Electrical Engineering (5-20 yrs)
Urgently require an R&D Head for an energy metering company in New Delhi
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Research and Development of new products
- Improvement of existing products
- Managing the research staff
- Ensuring that the research staff understands the market, so that consumer needs are met while remaining competitive
- Streamlining the production process
Qualifications:
- B.Tech degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a relevant degree
- Good problem solving, critical thinking, and analytic abilities
- Prior experience in energy metering is a must
