R&D Manager - Bakery (2-10 yrs)
Job Description
1. Must have worked in established R&D set up of large FMCG companies.
2. Must have handled Product development for Bakery in at least 2 of the following categories such as Biscuits, Cooks, Crackers, Creams, Cakes and Rusks
3. Must know the science behind baking and its impact on sensorial.
4. Must be conversant with NPD process
5. Must have launched Innovative new products in market in recent past
6. Must be conversant with bakery commercials
7. Must have exposure to Quality assurance / control aspect of Bakery segment (Not must)
8. Must be conversant with FSSAI Rules and regulations
9. Must have handled team of size minimum 1-2 people
