RnD Manager
- Trichy Location
- 10-12 years of exp.
- Oil technology educational background (B.Tech/BSc and diploma in Oil and Waxes)
- RnD Bakery experience
Job Description:
- Manage overall production planning activities & quality control work to achieve the targeted production
- Overall Unit operational functions reduce operating costs & greater profitability.
- Plan & control factory operational functions.
- Formulate annual budgets for raw material consumption, repairs & maintenance cost and man-hour requirement based on Annual operational Plan (AOP).
- Generate Reports for the top management displaying planned v/s achieved performance and highlighting areas for necessary decisions / actions to be taken and suggestions in the form of Corrective & Preventive Action
- Manage, motivate & develop the team and ensure that they perform to their maximum level to accomplish the business objectives & maintained a high level of operational efficiency.
