R&D Manager - HVAC (0-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Product design & development of products with project costing, resource allocation & time scheduling for on-time delivery maintaining quality standards according to the customer requirements.
- Responsible for overall product costing, gross profitability target & making fusion plan for next years .
- Regular interaction with sales and marketing team for fixing the product plan/specifications of new model, doing marketing research to forecast & analyze the upcoming product scenario and competitors product.
- Leading & controlling yearly cost down activities as per action plan.
- Regular co-ordination with vendors for material specification, costing & other technical issues.
- Making of prototype units & doing Performance Testing, fault-diagnosis, analysis of Machine trial units.
- Create & control engineering documents viz. product & part specifications, bill of material, engineering standards, components approval criteria.
