R&D Manager - New Product Development (6-10 yrs)
Job description :
- Person will be responsible for the whole research and development process starting from product concept, preparing prototype sample, laboratory testing.
- Perform complete review, verification, and validation for new products to ensure conformity to requirement and fitness for use.
- Person will be able to manage development of several products in parallel.
- Person can do Individually
a) Release the engineering drawings.
b) Circuit design and Gerber data of P.C.B.
c) Engineering specifications for designed product..
d) Hosting Audit from third party and Regulatory agencies.
- Improving product range and keeping the product range up to date with the new trends in technology and phase out obsolete products.
- Assess the requirements for new products based on the market needs.
- Abel to distinguished the technically difference between two samples and can explain the differences with evidence.
- Submit periodical reports to management showing the status of R&D progress.
