- 2 to 3 years experience in industry with work practices related to Polymer Synthesis used for paints
- B. Tech. (Paint), M. Tech Paint / Polymer, M. Sc. Polymer / Organic, B. Sc. + DPT with specific core knowledge and exposure in Resin Categories
- Scale of new design
- Coordination within R & D activities and Production site (Factories).
- Should have exposure of Alkyd Resin, Saturated Polyester, Modified Resin, Acrylic Resin, MF - Resin etc
