Re-Materials - Site Project Manager (3-6 yrs)
Site Project Manager will ensure timely execution and completion of installation sites. This will involve:
- Hire site team: full time as well as temporary workers as needed
- Manage the Team (motivate, train, review,feedback)
- Planning project execution (Manpower, Materials and Tools)
- Ensure sites are done efficiently- on time, regularly, desired quality of work, desired customer behaviour and satisfaction.
- Co-ordinate with other teams and ensure material reaches on time to sites.
- Co-ordinate with customer and see if site is ready (masonry work done, furniture moved out etc)
- Ensuring Tools reach on time, in working condition
- Ensuring Safety at Site
- Ensuring high standards of work, high standards of quality and individual accountability.
