PERSONNEL JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY OF ROLE : Supervision of Allopathic Semisolid/Liquid/ Manufacturing & Packing Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional

- Adherence of Daily Planned Production (Manufacturing/Packing).

- Accountable for RM/PM Dispensing.

- Maintaining Stage Wise SFG/FG yield.

- Accountable for all Shop floor SAP Transaction.

- Assisting in Preparation of Documents like SOP, BMR/BPR etc.

- Training to sub-ordinates.

- Maintaining cGMP culture on Shop Floor.

- Maintaining Daily Documents.

- Maintaining Safe & lean Culture on Shop Floor.

- Maintaining OEE equipment/Machine Wise.

- Responsible for mfg./Pkg. related spare parts management.

- Responsible for improving RFT NLT95%

- Responsible for compliance of 100% BBS by team.

- Accountable for Cleaning & Sanitization in the Mfg./Pkg. Sections.

- Accountable for Scrap/waste material movement on routine basis.

- Responsible for proper man & material movement.

- Ensuring safety requirements as stated in Safe Work Permits.

- Knowledge in doing Risk Assessments.

- Knowledge in doing Near Misses & UN -Safe Acts/Conditions.

- Maintain documentation in regard with respect to EOHS requirement.

- Identify of any New Risk in the Department.

- Prepare & report the identified BBS, Near Miss, and Accidents Report.

- Ensure accident and incident investigations systems are in place and follow through.

- Ensure compliance related to deviation investigation /CAPA/ Change control /OOS if any.

- Ensure adherence to schedule training of self as well as to their team.

- Conduct hazard and risk assessments and implement solutions

Cross Functional :

- Assisting in closing actions of deviation investigation /CAPA/ Change control /OOS if any.

- Responsible for RM/PM dispensing & Documents of respective Batches of Allopathic Tablet/Semisolid/Liquid/Manufacturing/Packing with support of Warehouse Department.

- Responsible for receiving of BMR/BPR/Formats related to Mfg. /Pkg. Sections from QA Department.

- Co-ordination with IPQA to align the RM/PM/SFG/FG and Swab/Rinse Water Report/analysis Status.

- Responsible for Line Clearance of Respective Mfg. Suite or Packing Lines with Co-ordination of IPQA.

- Co-ordination with utility/Engineering Department. For Purified Water, Compressed Air, Steam, Cooling/chilled water, AHU, power etc.

- Co-ordination with IPQA/QA for Sample withdrawn of respective SFG/FGs.
