Redefin - Planning Manager - MIS (7-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Planning & scheduling : - preparation of construction schedule along with design schedule, contract & material procurement schedule, BOQ schedule, Tender drawing schedule, Liasoning schedule, etc.
- Monitoring : - Setting weekly targets for execution team & Reviewing Project progress - Plan v/s Actual as per Construction Schedule
- Co-ordination : - Identifying bottlenecks in Project progress & coordinating with concerned agencies/departments to solve the bottlenecks
- Cash flow : - Preparation of cash flow of all projects & actual payment against projected cash flow
- MIS : - Preparation & implementation of MIS report (daily, weekly,monthly) as per company format. Tracking of baseline in MSP
- Material tracking : - Preparing material procurement planning, linking project requirements & deliverables
- Taking progress review meetings at the site along with sub-contractors. Conducting HOD meetings on Progress
- Having in-depth knowledge of soft skills PPT preparation
- To carry out other tasks as assigned by the seniors from time to time.
- Knowledge of MS project
