Responsibilities :

- Install new refrigerators according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in refrigerators, including but not limited to compressor issues, refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and temperature control problems.

- Perform routine maintenance on refrigerators to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

- Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, and door seals.

- Recharge refrigerant in refrigeration systems following environmental regulations and safety procedures.

- Keep accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, explaining repair options, and addressing their concerns.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in refrigerator repair and maintenance.

Key Skills:

- Proficient in the installation and servicing of refrigerators.

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerants.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Valid driver's license.

Qualifications:

- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in refrigerator repair and maintenance.

- EPA certification (preferred).
