Job Description :

Heading team of technical professionals for repair & maintenance of multiple nos. of stores across West India.

- Maintenance & Repair - Daily / weekly / monthly / as applicable preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs of electrical, Plumbing, drainage, carpentry, civil, refrigeration equipments, air conditioning and all kitchen equipments and technical related work.

- Quotation / AMC / Approval - To take the quotations from vendors for the related repair /AMC work, justification of work quality and quantity, negotiation, taking the approvals from authorities, forwarding to the purchase department, managing the repair / AMC activities with vendor & outlet manager, verification of bills with the work completion & forwarding the same to accounts department for the payments.

- Budgeting & Cost Controlling - To control the electrical consumption cost & maintain the repair & maintenance expenditures with the budgets.

- Co-ordination in Technical Issues - To inform and take approvals from concern authorities of building / property managements when & where applicable for the repair and maintenance activities.

- Projects - Mid construction review & inputs for technical services such as electrical load, lighting system, air conditioning, music system, plumbing, exhaust and fresh air system etc.

Salary : INR 12,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A. 90% Fixed + 10% Variable
