Regional Manager - Operations - Logistics - North India - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS + BITS/NSIT/DCE

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. This is a Operations leadership role. Person will be responsible for Building and managing a team of Cluster Managers

2. Operational excellence improvement and achievement of Operational KPIs

3. Execution of operational plans

4. Managing daily operations - Pitstop network operations at the cluster level, planning and scheduling, documentation and control

5. Operational Unit set up and expansion in the cluster initially

6. Ensuring cost control and optimization

7. Ensuring compliance and adherence to the systems and processes

8. Build, train, manage the team's performance

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education:

- Tier 1 MBA college (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS)

+

- Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE) is an advantage

- Min 70% marks through out

Years of experience: 8-10 yrs

Professional attributes:

- Preferred exp- someone who would have managed factory, production

- Experience in having managed and controlled factories in a manufacturing set up

- Hands on experience of implementing systems and processes

- Experience in improving operational KPIs

- Ability to build, manage, train and coach a large ops team (- 100 people at various levels)

- Ability to handle crisis situations

- Outstanding Communication skills

- Ability to work across levels and willingness to get hands dirty

- High energy, drive and ownership

- Excellent people management and leadership skills
