Regional Manager - Security Operations/Administrative Support (13-25 yrs)
Job Description :
1) Co-ordinates with Unit Security Heads to ensure implementation of the Security & Administration SOP.
2) Prepares and updates records on firefighting, fire detection equipment's and on fire and evacuation trainings.
3) Prepare the Weekly Emergency Response Team (ERT) along with Fire Marshall and implement the Evacuation Drill in the Units. Ensure that the duly signed Evacuation sheet is displayed on the notice board.
4) Ensure that a daily property round (before the First Show Starts) is executed along with Unit Security Head, Unit Engineering Head and Operation Head. Observations to be recorded and signed in "Daily Check List of Fire Materials and (visual checks)" on a daily basis.
5) Ensures conflict resolution and discipline implementation of internal and external colleagues.
6) Monitors adherence to the security budget through control mechanisms.
7) Demonstrates the knowledge of the best available travel and courier agencies.
8) Executes relocation - transfers - movement for all personnel and material.
9) Executes and negotiates insurance - security - transport contracts with knowledge about policies and premium payments.
10) Ensures that bills are recorded correctly along with the relevant taxes and surcharges accurately recorded for the all the invoices related to the department.
11) Ensure all equipment are working (including and not limited to Fire Fighting Equipment ("FIRE service records" of Fire Extinguishers and FM-200 are tagged), Fire Detection Equipment, Walkie Talkies, DFMDs and HHMDs, CCTV Equipment, Emergency Kits, and Wheel Chairs) and have their AMCs filed and checked regularly. Units must have a minimum of 5 First Aid Boxes with External Application Medicine only.
12) Surprise Spot Check and Security visit of local and out station units to be done at regular intervals.
13) Ensure RDR drop, Cash count and Cash handling is done as per SOP.
14) Keeps self-apprised of discipline matters occurring within the unit and takes corrective action.
